Learning can be overwhelming at times. When I taught first grade, my students were learning how to read and write their letters. And though some were excited, others were a bit stressed. So I created this song to encourage them to keep trying.

How often does learning seem impossible to us? We drag our feet or find other things to fill our time instead of putting in the effort and getting started.
God is with us in these times, too. The struggles in the learning will help to build character and prepare us for our future. We need to train ourselves to move forward with curiosity and a willingness to progress even with the possibility of difficulties and setbacks.
We are to be lifelong learners. We can ask the Lord to guide us in our learning. James 1:5 states, “Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him”. What would you like to learn?
PRAYER: Dear Lord, thank You for creating our minds with the ability to learn and grow. Please help us to gain in knowledge and wisdom that will help us to live more in alignment with You. Help us to share what we learn with others. In Christ’s name, Amen.
